I create a City-pop artist named Reira(レイラ). She is 25 years old, and she is a Japanese-American who loves City-pop music. She is about to launch a new album and is going on a US tour.
I used a lot of retro elements, such as hearts and palm trees, in the design. The color palette is kept highly saturated, and noise is added.
