I create a City-pop artist named Reira(レイラ). She is 25 years old and she is a Japanese-American who loved City-pop music. She is about to launch a new album and going on a US tour.
I used a lot of retro elements such as hearts and palm trees in the design. The color palette is kept highly saturated and noise is added.
